Fiji Dalo Farmers Association says the market for Dalo in the upcoming year is bright as many dalo farmers have recovered well from the aftermath of tropical cyclone Winston.
Association President, Filimone Kilawekana says many farmers are producing at a commercial basis, with dalo planted per person ranging from 5,000 to 10,000.
He has also highlighted an increase in the number of exporters that has shown interest for the local and export market of Dalo.
A team led by Kilawekana is currently visiting Dalo Farmers around the country as they tirelessly work around the clock to improve the quantity and quality of Dalo.
