As FIJI Water Flying Fijians prepares to take on England tomorrow morning, lock Isoa Nasilasila says the team is trying to remain grounded as they are favoured as being one of the giant-killers in the Rugby World Cup pool which also includes Australia, Georgia and Portugal.

Nasilasila says there is a lot of hype around the team but they are trying to control that individually and as a team.

He says they want to stay humble and do their job on and off the field and hopefully it will then all come together on the day.

The lock says their game has definitely evolved and they are trying to get the technicalities of rugby in there.

Nasilasila adds they want to create something rather than just going straight to the backs and offloading and they want to build something first and play from there.

The Flying Fijians will take on England at 2.15am at Twickenham tomorrow.
