Former Flying Fijians utility back and Rooster Chicken Fijiana Backline coach, Asaeli Tikoirotuma believes that the Fijiana are still trying to adapt to be professionals and their mindset is still grassroots at the moment.
Following their 84-19 thrashing to England in their opening World Cup match, Tikoirotuma says the level of rugby in Fiji is very low and it was a short time to prepare the Fijiana for their maiden world cup.
The former Chiefs winger adds that most of the Fijiana players are just learning how to run block lines, how to run back door and how to identify opportunities in front of them.
Tikoirotuma says at one point in the game, the girls started to get bored during the game where they lacked professionalism.
The Fijiana will take on South Africa at 4.45pm.
