There will be a temporary road closure in Nadi on Thursday and Friday for the arrival and departure of the Israeli President Reuven Rivlin.
Police say on Thursday the road between the Nadi International Airport to Pullman Resort through the Namaka corridor into Wailoaloa Road will be closed from 5am to 7am.
They say on Friday the same route to the Nadi International Airport will be closed temporarily from 6.30am to 7.45am.
Police officers will be manning junctions and they are requesting members of the public to be patient with them during these times.
Meanwhile, this is the first time that a president of Israel will visit.
Rivlin will meet with Pacific Islands' Leaders for a summit on Thursday, under the hospitality of Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama.
Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Tonga and Solomon Islands are expected to be part of the meeting.
