Many teachers these days lack the leadership qualities teachers of yesteryears had.

These are the words of Retired Head Teacher of Swami Shradhanand Memorial School in Nabua.

Kamal Singh who said that he has seen that in many schools, teachers have to do administration work themselves as well as teaching.
