The 7th prosecution witness in the rape trial of a former school teacher took the stand before High Court Judge, Justice Salesi Temo this morning.
The former primary school teacher is charged with four counts of rape and nine counts of sexual assault.
She told the court that the accused did not let her go out of the classroom during lunchtime in 2012.
The complainant said that the accused used to touch her private parts while other students used to play in the ground.
She says the accused used to sit at his desk and made her stand next to him.
The girl who is now a Year 9 student told the court that this happened on more than one occasion and the accused told her not to tell anyone about the incident.
She said she had reported the matter to another teacher.
Defence lawyer Aman Ravindra Singh is currently cross-examining the 7th prosecution witness.
There are a total of 13 prosecution witnesses in this trial.
