Nemani Rinakama scored a last minute try to help Tailevu beat a star studded Nadroga team 27-24 infront of their home fans.
Tailevu put on a sterling performance in shutting out Nadroga in every aspects of the game as they lead 10-nil at half time.
Nadroga’s tries came from Mosese Vola and two tries from Simeli Koniferedi while Tailevu scored three tries to Eseria Vueti, Jone Turuva and Nemani Rinakama.
In other matches Nadi beat Namosi 22-20, Lautoka defeated Ovalau 29-15, Vatukoula lost to Tavua 14-3, Northland upset Naitasiri 16-13 while Suva thrashed Macuata 43-5.
