TLTB works with ADB towards Digitising Land management

The Itaukei Land Trust Board is working closely with the Asian Development Bank to improve its land price index and offer more convenient processes for tenants and probable tenants.

TLTB Chief Executive Officer, Tevita Kuruvakadua highlighted this at the Digital Solutions for a More Livable Future in Asia and Pacific session at the 52nd ADB Annual Meeting at Denarau, Nadi.

Kuruvakadua says that the ADB has been providing technical assistant such as data cleansing and digitizing processes.

He says that this digitized land strategy will include a block-chain prototype for TLTB to have an online service platform and a dashboard to retrieve and compare rent prices within surrounding localities.
