The i-Taukei Land Trust Board has now notified their board chairman and the Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama in relation to a response they are still awaiting from the Airports Fiji Limited and the Director of Lands regarding the expansion of the Nausori Airport.
TLTB General Manager Alipate Qetaki said they had sent the letter of offer in March and have not received any response.
He said landowners grievances such as the lease, employment and other compensation are their main priorities.
The acquisition of the 93 acres of land for the redevelopment of Nausori Airport will cost $60 million.
