TISI Sangam donates $300,000 for relief work after Cyclone Winston

The TISI Sangam donated $300,000 for relief work in Fiji after Cyclone Winston. 

President Jioji Konrote while opening the 2016 Sangam Convention at Prince Charles Park in Nadi last night thanked the organization for its contribution.

He says they have financially contributed towards the growth of Fiji’s economy through education and sports.

The President says the TISI Sangam has also assisted school students with stationery, school bags and provided lunch for the students in the schools.

Konrote also thanked the organization for donating $25,000 towards the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief and Rehabilitation Fund.

The 2016 Sangam Convention will end tomorrow.
