The case of former Suva lawyer Shazran Abdul Lateef and Zoe Moore who were allegedly found with drugs will be called again on the 17th of this month.
While Moore was present in court this morning, Lateef was not produced.
The court was told that a production order for Lateef was issued on the 29th of August this year.
They are both charged with one count each of being found in possession of 7.89 grams of methamphetamine, one count each of being found in possession of 12.49 grams of cocaine and one count each of being found in possession of 2.5 grams of marijuana.
Although Lateef was granted bail in this case, he is in remand in relation to another case. Moore is on bail.
They were arrested following a raid at his home in Nailuva Road.
This is the fourth of the five cases where Lateef has been charged with possession of illicit drugs and produced in court.
