Children at the Suva Special School had something to smile about today when they celebrated World Down Syndrome Day.
The President of the School Veronica Thoms said this celebration will let people know that disabled children have a lot of abilities and that everyone should recognize their uniqueness.
Thoms said the children had face painting and even made an effort of decorating their classrooms to showcase their capabilities.
90 children attend Suva Special School.
