Suva Grammar scoops both senior boys and senior girls' Suva Zone 2 Blue Ribbon titles

Suva Grammar School has scooped both the Coca Cola Suva Zone 2 Senior Boys and Senior Girls' Blue Ribbon titles at the HFC Bank this afternoon.

In the boys' division, favourite Semesa Caginivalu improved his time from the heats to clock an unofficial time of 10.13 seconds, followed by teammate Aisake Manna with a time of 10.28 seconds.

Marist Brothers' High School's Ravuama Latilevu finished third with a time of 10.81 seconds.

In the girls' division, Grammar's Iva Fifita finished first with a time of 12.78 seconds, Esiteri Bania, also of Grammar finished second with a time of 13.07 seconds while Saint Joseph's Secondary School's Akata Salavolo clocked a time of 13.19 seconds to finish 3rd.

Meanwhile, Marist continues to lead the boys overall medal tally with 11 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze, Grammar is second with 4 gold, 6 silver and 6 bronze while Ratu Latianara College and Nuku Secondary School are in 3rd place with 1 gold and 1 bronze each.

In the girls' division, Grammar currently leads with 8 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze, St Joseph's is in second place with 5 gold, 6 silver and 4 bronze while Rampur College and Ratu Simione Matanitobua College are in 3rd place with 2 gold each.
