Suva City is decked in Diwali lights where people are even able to come with their families and friends, take photos, selfies at decorated spots in the brightened up City.
The Council says Diwali light decorations have been decentralised in certain area along Victoria Parade, Stinson Road, Suva City Council building’s frontage and Umaria Park.
A Diwali outdoor photo frame at Umaria Park is open to the public for family photo shoots to celebrate the festival of light this year.
They say they have added lights on the new street landscapes in front of Suva Market, Post Fiji Triangle and the median strip at Rodwell Road, in front of Bailey Clinic.
Fairy lights are also placed on palm trees at the Vodafone Triangle, Curio Handicraft and opposite Vanua Arcade building.
