Vodafone Fiji Bati and Penrith Panthers winger Sunia Turuva scored two tries to help his Pathers side claim a 34-12 win over the Rabbitohs in round 26 of the NRL competition last night.
Turuva’s double extended his season’s tally of tries to 17 tries so far.
The win has also seen the Panthers moving up the points table to second place with 38 points behind the Storm who currently leads the standings with 42 points.
Meanwhile, in other matches played in round 26, the Cowboys defeated Storm 38-30, and the Sea Eagles beat the Bulldogs 34-22.
In other matches coming up, the Eels will play the Dragons at 5pm today, the Dolphins will host the Broncos at 7.30 tonight, the Sharks will play the Warriors at 9.35 tonight, the Knights will take on the Titans at 4pm tomorrow and the Roosters will play the Raiders at 6.05pm tomorrow.
