He says the TSLS Guarantor QR Code Kiosk System is designed for sponsored students/graduates returning from abroad who were issued with temporary travel release and need to de-list their guarantors.
The Minister says this system facilitates a secure and efficient process wherein users engage with an interactive kiosk that guides them through a few steps to complete the de-listing process.
He says the new TSLS Scholarship Data Intelligence Platform (SDIP) is a web-based system which aims to enhance the reporting facets of the organization through advanced reporting and data analytics with the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence.
Radrodro says the primary goal of the system is to transform the organisation’s current data into a collective, understandable and easily interpretable format within a single platform.
He says the new TSLS Partner Tertiary Education Institution Portal is a web-based application designed to simplify data collection from Tertiary Education Institutions.
The Education Minister says tertiary education institutions will upload enrolment reports and student grades, and TSLS will process this information for allowance, scholarship continuations and learning enrichment sessions.
He says the MyTSLS app is a mobile application designed to function as a comprehensive one-stop solution for all sponsored student requirements, consolidating academic details, sponsorship details, support services and application procedures into a single, integrated platform.
Radrodro says the platform houses all TSLS services including Scholarships Application details, sponsorship details, Travel and Bond Clearance application and updates, TSLS Employer Connect facilities and the TSLS Complaints Management System.
He says there has been an existing Employer Connect Framework to connect sponsored students and graduates.
The Minister says Fiji Government Scholarship recipients never had an alumni, therefore, existing Employer Connect Framework has been amended and now called Alumni and Employer Connect Framework.
He says the alumni will be recognized with a certificate of community service.
Radrodro says he is glad to announce that CEO of Fiji Airports, Mesake Nawari will be inaugural chair of the Fiji Government Scholarship Alumni Network.
He says the TSLS Alumni and Employer Connect Portal is a web-based application designed to serve as a vital platform aimed at strengthening the connection between scholarship recipients, alumni, and employers in Fiji.
Radrodro says ultimately, this initiative supports the nation’s goal of building a skilled and employable workforce, ensuring that TSLS graduates make meaningful contributions to society and the economy.
