The students of Lautoka School for Special Education returned to a new look school this year after the Fiji Water Foundation and the staff of Williams & Gosling and Transam assisted in renovation works in December.

They built a new kitchen, repaired the roof, installed new doors, painted the school and cleaned the schoolyard.

The Head of School Kailash Pillay says they want to help the students acquire the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead full, interesting, and independent lives.

He says over time, the work of the FIJI Water Foundation will put so many smiles on the faces of the students, teachers, and staff members.

Project Team Leader Pettrina Singh says the team was honored to help the Lautoka School for Special Education in refreshing the campus for teachers and students for the upcoming school year.
