There has been a lot of talk about the stellar performance of Fiji Water Flying Fijians fly-half Caleb Muntz against Tonga in the first match of the Punjas Pacific Battle Series.
Muntz who has come from the Swire Shipping Fiji Drua set up, controlled the game well, playing the full 80 minutes in Saturday’s 36-20 win against Tonga.
Muntz says it is a different kind of game with a different type of pressure, adding the only thing on his mind was do not screw it up.
Muntz joked he could not wait to see what his Dad has to say about the game because there were probably 50 things he did wrong.
His Fijian Drua team mate Selestino Ravutaumada says he was super excited and grateful for the opportunity to be playing at their home ground.
He says playing in front of families and friends made it super special.
Towering lock Te Ahiwaru Cirikidaveta says he was over the moon about his first test cap and he is looking forward to more.
The trio want to thank the fans for taking time out to come and support the team saying they could feel the excitement and it really motivated them to play well.
