Staff volunteers from FNU campuses around the country gathered at the FNU Nursing Campus in Tamavua today to participate in the Internal Quality Circle Competition and to present new innovative creative ideas.
Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Semi Koroilavesau says these ideas are aimed at improving FNU’s delivery of teaching and learning in the local, regional and international market.
Koroilavesau says ‘Quality Circle’ is a participatory management technique that registers the assistance and support of employees who meet to discuss problems of quality, and to devise solutions for improvements.
He says that IQCC has proved to become a powerful tool for identifying new sources of growth, developing new ideas and propelling countries forward in the aim of achieving national economic progress and success.
The Internal Quality Circle Competition will end this afternoon.
