Staff of Volivoli Beach Resort & Ra Divers Fiji lead the way with COVID-19 vaccination

Staff of Volivoli Beach Resort and Ra Divers Fiji have been receiving their first dose of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine in the last few days.

Sales and Marketing Manager Simon Doughty says in close alliance with the Ministry of Health and the Rakiraki District Hospital, well over half of their teams have received their first dose of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.

He says logistically, they have scheduled 20-team members per day over several days to receive their first round of the vaccine and play their part in being responsible for protecting the community.

Doughty says as Fiji's premier Dive Resort directly responsible for thousands of international divers flocking to our shores to experience diving in Fiji's number one dive region - the incredible Bligh Water each year, they understand the importance of acting responsibility.
