Speaker of Parliament shares mobile joke

Parliament ended on a funny note last night with the Speaker Ratu Epeli Nailatikau sharing a story about what a former parliamentarian did when his mobile phone rang as the House of Representatives was in session.

Ratu Epeli shared the story after reminding parliamentarians to switch off their mobile phones in parliament.
