South Pacific Stock Exchange receives $25,000 from ATH

The South Pacific Stock Exchange has received $25,000 from Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited Group for the SPX Annual Awards.

Chairperson of South Pacific Stock Exchange, Dr Nur Bano Ali thanked ATH and its subsidiary company for supporting the SPX for the third year consecutively as a major sponsor.

ATH are gold sponsors of the SPX Awards.

The main objective of the SPX annual award is to assess, evaluate and reward annual reports of both listed entities and unlisted organizations.

The Chief Executive Officer of South Pacific Stock Exchange, Krishika Narayan says the SPX Annual Awards has evolved and is now regarded as the prominent event for the entire capital market in Fiji.

Narayan says the 2019 SPX annual awards is being organised with greater enthusiasm, optimism and passion to further substantiate and corroborate the everyday operations of businesses.

The South Pacific Stock Exchange will reward students that took part in the 2019 SPX National Poster Competition to assist and inspire them to rise to the financial challenge and build their confidence and knowledge about savings and investments about the stock market from an early age.

The 2019 South Pacific Stock Exchange Annual Awards will be held on 13th September at Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva.
