The South Africa 7s team has extended their winning run to 32 matches on the way to the semifinals of the Seville 7s in Spain.
South Africa, winner of all three World 7s Series events so far in the men's competition, remain the team to beat.
They will face Ireland while Argentina will take on Australia.
The semifinals in the men's cup competition starts at 3.06am tomorrow while the cup final will kick off at 7.26am tomorrow.
In the quarterfinals, South Africa beat Scotland 31-24, Ireland upset England 24-12, Australia beat USA 29-14 and Argentina edged France 26-21.
Women’s favourites Australia also laid down a marker with a 41-0 quarterfinal win over Russia.
Ireland's women 7s team has also reached the cup semifinal for only the second time.
Australia will face USA while Ireland will take on England in the women's semifinals.
Looking at the quarterfinal results in the women's competition, Ireland beat Canada 36-12, England defeated France 21-12, Australia thrashed Russia 41-nil while the USA hammered Spain 15-nil.
The semifinals start at 2.22am tomorrow while the cup final in the women's competition is at 6.56am tomorrow.
This is the first-ever World Rugby Sevens Series tournament in Seville.
