Siberia Road and Lajonia Road in Labasa are closed due to flooding.
Police Commander Northern Shri Bhuwan Singh says three police teams have been deployed to different areas to monitor the situation in flood prone areas such as Bulileka Low Coast, Vunika and Korovatu.
Singh says Labasa Town and Market are open for business.
Meanwhile, Wainikoro police say that Nadogo Central School and Navualevu Primary School are closed.
