The Chiefs have been dealt another blow in their Super Rugby Aotearoa campaign as wing Solomon Alaimalo has been ruled out of the competition due to a shoulder injury.
The 24-year-old dislocated his left shoulder during their 21-17 loss to the Blues on Sunday.
Alaimalo was injured as he dove to score for the Chiefs and was caught up with Blues winger Caleb Clarke, who fell on him awkwardly.
The Chiefs will host the Crusaders at 7.05pm Saturday while the Blues will face the Highlanders at 3.35pm Sunday.
