The Silver Ferns is tagged to have the best defensive players in the World Netball Championship.

New Zealand might have ace shooter Irene van Dyk and Maria Tutaia potting the goals, but the Silver Ferns real strength is down the other end of the court.

It is an area where Fiji will have to field their experience line-up to give them a chance of a close score-line.

Seruwaia Vonolagi and Elenoa Vatureba are Fiji's top goal shooters.

Silver Ferns will play Fiji in their first match at 7:30pm next Monday.
