“I am aiming to win three gold medals for my late grandfather.”
This is the sentiment shared by Suva Grammar School athlete Inia Sili after winning his second gold medal in the Coca Cola Games.
Sili won the 1,500 metres event yesterday and 3,000m this morning.
He will also take part in the 4x400m finals.
He said his grandfather was always there for him.
Sili said his grandfather passed away last December and the Grammar runner dedicates all his wins to his grandfather.
