Patterson Shipping "The Spirit of Harmony" at Natovi Jetty

Several families have been waiting at bus stops since 4am this morning along the Suva Nausori corridor for a bus that was supposed to have taken them to Natovi Jetty.

Fijivillage was contacted by a frustrated customer who was among the families who have bought tickets and were supposed to travel to Nabouwalu Jetty, Labasa via Patterson Shipping today.

When contacted Manager David Patterson said the error was due to a mis-communication with their agent in Nausori.

Patterson says their agent was not supposed to sell tickets for today which is why transport had not been organized for these families to be picked up.

He says he is currently in the process of organizing transport for the affected families.

Patterson, however, has also said that due to this error, those who bought tickets yesterday might not be able to travel to Labasa today via their ship.

He says the affected families will be reimbursed.
