Minister for Defense and National Security Inia Seruiratu

Minister for Defense and National Security Inia Seruiratu has called on both security forces to display a spirit of cooperation during the week-long Sukuna Bowl Competition.

Speaking at the Sukuna Bowl Church Service, Seruiratu says the annual games for the security forces usually display a high level of competition and has urged the Military and the Police to work together despite the circumstances.

He says they are responsible for the protection of everyone in the country and their roles often require them to work together when any situation arises.

The 2019 ANZ Ratu Sukuna Tournament kicks off today with the Boxing tournament at 3pm at the Police Special Response Unit in Nasinu.
