Self-service e-ticketing top up machines are now available at bus stands in Suva, Nausori, Nadi and Labasa.
There are two machines each at the Suva and Nausori Bus Stands and one each in Nadi and Labasa.
Vodafone Fiji is also working on expanding the services of these machines to Labasa, Savusavu and other places.
According to Vodafone Fiji, the self-service e-ticketing top up machine will allow you to top up your etransport card, check available balance and redeem government subsidy funds for students, senior citizens and people with disabilities.
The etransport top-up machines will be available to the public 24/7 and have surveillance cameras.
Vodafone Fiji says the denominations which the machine accepts are $1 and $2 coins and $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 notes.
A minimum of $2 top-up can be done through the machine as long as the balance on the card does not exceed $100.
The machine will top up the card with the amount people have selected and it will give the required change.
People will not be charged any fees for using the machine.
Vodafone Fiji says the 1,200 etransport card top-up agents across the country will operate as normal.
The CEO of Vodafone Fiji, Pradeep Lal said they took into consideration people living in rural areas who had to wait for village shops to open to top up their cards and get to work.

While launching the new-eticketing machine at the Suva Bus Stand today, Minister for Economy Aiyaz Sayed‑Khaiyum encouraged the public to take advantage of the modern technologies the government is providing to keep up with time as with the amount of usage of services the government would be able to know where and to what extend certain services are required.
