The search continues today for two Fijians and three Indonesian nationals who were on board the local fishing vessel, FV Tiro 2 where a crew member was allegedly murdered.
Police have confirmed they are investigating allegations that a murder happened on board the vessel last Monday about 90 miles west of Navula Passage outside of Momi Bay.
It is alleged that eight crew members had jumped overboard after the alleged murder took place.
The Commander of Fiji Navy Captain Humphrey Tawake says the RFNS Savenaca is out at sea conducting the search on the western side of Viti Levu.
Captain Tawake says the weather at sea has not been favorable for the past few days which has hindered their search and rescue operation.
Meanwhile, three crew members, who were onboard the vessel are still in Police custody and will be questioned again today.
Police say they have questioned the three yesterday and also provided medical and mental assistance to them.
They say for now they are trying to put together what happened before releasing any other information.
