Samoa has defeated Tonga 34-18 in their second game to top the standings at the Pacific Nations Cup.
Tonga started the first half strongly after scoring two tries and kicking two penalties to lead 18-10 at the break.
Samoa were too powerful in the second half as hooker Ray Niuia scored three tries while Tumua Manu and Theodore McFarland got a try each.
Samoa will play the Vodafone Flying Fijians at 3.30pm at Churchill Park next Saturday.
