Saint Joseph’s Secondary School in Suva has partnered with Telecom to enhance its digital presence to better facilitate access to educational resources.
The partnership will also help the school in providing a more engaging, efficient and accessible learning experience for both teachers and students.
School Principal Jacqueline Low says during COVID there was a need to have the school’s curriculum online and with today’s advances in modern technology, it is important that the school be able to provide students with access anywhere at any time, whether it be at home or school.
Low says students can use their own wireless devices to access Moodle to participate in classes and if necessary still be able to access these courses at home through this managed ICT system.
Telecom Fiji CEO Charles Goundar says students will become more engaging, increase efficiency for school administration, improve accessibility through digital technologies and improve services and education for all.
