‘SOAR: Fiji Airways Special Edition’ to capture the essence of the airline

A special edition of ‘SOAR: Fiji Airways Special Edition’ has been launched which highlights captures the essence of the national airline.

Fiji Airways CEO and Managing Director Andre Viljoen says they are proud to be featured in the founder of SimpliFying Shashank Nigam’s book which was launched at the Fiji Airways Aviation Academy in Nadi today.

The CEO says this book aims to highlight exceptional airline brands which are thinking differently about branding, and executing brilliantly.

He says he is delighted how fittingly chapter one describes their collective journey to strategically elevate the national airline.

Viljoen says being featured alongside other top airlines shows steps they have taken to reach the heights of commercial aviation

While speaking during the launch, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Biman Prasad says the book does not simply heap praise on Fiji Airways but dives into the strategies, the culture, the people and the vision of the company.

He says it is an engaging and enlightening chronicle of how the airline set about elevating itself to become the best in the region.

SOAR is authored by the founder of SimpliFlying, Shashank Nigam which is one of the world’s largest aviation marketing, branding and communications consultancy firms.
