More than 800 old girls of Saint Joseph's Secondary School are expected to be part of tonight's Grand Gala night at the Novotel in Lami as part of their of their Diamond Jubilee Celebration.
Spokesperson for Saint Joseph's Secondary School Alumni, Pauline Morris says old girls have come from all over the world to be part of the Diamond Jubilee celebration.
Morris says tonight will be the final night of celebration and all girls from all decades are expected to be part of the event.
Meanwhile, Doreen Elliott who was part of the school since its establishment in 1956 was very proud to have reached and witnessed the memorable event.
Elliott who was in Form 3 when the school opened says she came all the way from Brisbane Australia to be part of the celebrations.
The Grand Gala night will start in the next hour at the Novotel in Lami.
