Suva Grammar School sprinter Tevita Sokiveta is one of the favourites to win the Senior Boys 100 metres at the Suva Zone II this Friday.
Sokiveta won gold in the Suva Zone II last year.
He was at his best again at his school's inter-house last month where he won gold in the 100 metres and 200 metres.
The Year 13 student clocked a manual time of 10.56 seconds in the Senior Boys 100 metres at the SGS inter-house.
Sokiveta has an inspiring story.
He told us last year that he took part in athletics to send a message to all those with Rheumatic Heart Disease that nothing is impossible.
Sokiveta is a former RKS sprinter.
Suva Grammar School is the defending champion of the Suva Zone II.
