The Suva Grammar School under-16 rugby team is urging Fijian supporters to turn up in numbers and show their support towards the team when they take on giants Wesley College in Pukekohe, NZ today.
Grammar began their New Zealand tour on a high note defeating one of the top schools in New Zealand, Massey High School 17-12 at their home ground.
They went down to Auckland Grammar School 35-12 in their second game and later found their rhythm when they thrashed Sacred Heart College during their third game in New Zealand winning convincingly 22-0.
Wesley College has produced rugby superstars such as the late All Blacks winger Jonah Lomu, Sitiveni Sivivatu, Malakai Fekitoa, Stephen Donald, Charles Piutau, Frank Halai, Augustine Pulu, Casey Laulala and Wallabies rep Sekope Kepu to name a few.
The U16 team will head to Hamilton for their last game tomorrow before they return to Fiji this Sunday.
The last touring Fiji school to have played against Wesley College is Ratu Sukuna Memorial School.
