The ruling on whether the sentencing of Freesoul Limited will be transferred to the High Court or not will now be delivered tomorrow.
Suva Magistrate Seini Puamau says she wants to find out if Ratu Jonah Joseva and Woody Jack's lawyer wish to continue with the compensation case.
Ratu Jonah and Jack have sought $1.2 million in compensation from Freesoul.
They had leased the adjoining property.
Magistrate Puamau says they need proper management for both cases to progress well together.
Freesoul were found guilty of two counts of undertaking unauthorized developments in April this year.
They were acquitted of one count of failure to comply with a Prohibition Notice.
The charges against Freesoul relate to the failure to comply with a Prohibition Notice issued by the Department of Environment in June 2018 and carrying out of resort development activity in Malolo without an approved Environmental Impact Assessment Report.
