Roy Krishna has signed a one year deal with Hero Indian Super League Club Bengaluru FC.
The Digicel Fiji Football Captain says he is excited to head back to India after spending three successful seasons.
Krishna says he is looking forward to the new challenges Bengalaru FC has to offer.
He adds he is also looking forward to training under the guidance of new coach, Simon Grayson.
The star Fijian forward and former captain of the ATK Mohun Bagan side where he played his first three seasons in India became the first Fijian to play in the AFC Cup.
He represented his former club ATK Mohun Bagan two years in a row at the AFC Cup.
During his three year stint he was the joint top goalscorer twice and the winner of the golden ball in the 2020/21 Season.
The 2022/23 Indian Super League season is expected to kick off in October, however Krishna is headed to India next week to start pre-season with the club in the Indian city of Bengaluru.
