Cristiano Ronaldo has joined Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr on a deal that runs until 2025.
The Portuguese superstar had been available on a free transfer after his contract was terminated from Manchester United during the World Cup.
Ronaldo had preferred to stay in European football, citing a desire to compete in the Champions League, but received no appropriate offers in the wake of his Old Trafford exit.
According to CBS Sports, who also report that the former Real Madrid man’s deal is worth €75 million per season.
The Riyadh-based side currently sits top of the Pro League.
