Manchester United returned to winning ways in the English Premier League this morning as they thrashed Tottenham 3-0.
Cristiano Ronaldo gave United the lead in the first half as they led 1-0 at the break.
Further goals from Edinson Cavani and Marcus Rashford sealed the win.
The win gives much-needed relief to United Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who was under pressure following last week’s humiliating loss against Liverpool.
Speaking after the match, Solskjaer says the Liverpool loss is always going to be in the history books as one of their darkest days but adds football becomes history very quickly.
