The 3-day Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Suva Synod Session is aimed at connecting people back to Jesus.
While stating this in an interview, Synod Consultant, Father Arthur Leger says the whole idea of this session is to journey with the Bishop and the people of God in making decisions about the future of the church.
He says after the sessions ends tomorrow, they will have a big mass at Sacred Heart School ground in Nasese where they will celebrate the process of the Synod sessions.
He adds tomorrow, Archbishop Peter Loy Chong will inform the congregation on what he feels he has heard from the people and what they should to do.
Father Ledger highlighted that they did a study 2 years ago where they sent out questionnaires to focus groups around the country and these questionnaires will be used during this session to make decisions about their future.
Father Ledger is urging Catholics around the country to come and give their support towards their Archbishop.
