SODELPA MP, Ro Filipe Tuisawau is the new President of SODELPA.
He was elected after getting 367 votes in the SODELPA AGM currently underway in Yaroi, Savusavu.
Former Acting President of the party, Anare Jale got 157 votes.
SODELPA MP and former General Secretary, Adi Litia Qionibaravi has been elected as the Vice President.
SODELPA MP, Viliame Gavoka who was also nominated for the position, withdrew his name before the election.
