Rewa thrashes Labasa 4-0 in their first Vodafone Fiji FACT group match

Rewa has beaten Labasa 4-0 in their first group match of the Vodafone Fiji FACT at the ANZ Stadium.

Both teams were tied nil all at half time.

Setareki Hughes started Rewa’s goal scoring spree in the 71st minute.

Samuela Nabenia scored the second goal in the 76th minute while Tevita Waranivalu scored 2 goals in quick succession for the BOG champions.

In an match earlier today, Suva beat Navua 4-1.

Sairusi Nalaubu scored twice while Christopher Wasasala and Meli Codro scored a goal each.

Navua’s only goal was scored by Alfred Ali.

The tournament continues on Wednesday at Subrail Park.

Lautoka will take on Navua at 12pm, Ba takes on Rewa at 2pm, Suva takes on Nadi at 4pm while hosts, Labasa will take on Nasinu at 6.30pm.
