Reverend Ratabacaca returns to retirement after stint as President

The Interim President of the Methodist Church, Reverend Laisiasa Ratabacaca who stepped in to fill up the vacant position has been farewelled by the officials of the church.

Secretary of Communication, Reverend James Bhagwan said the retired church minister Reverend Ratabacaca replaced the late President Reverend Tuikilakila Waqairatu who passed away earlier this year.

He said Reverend Ratabacaca will then continue his retirement.

Meanwhile, Reverend Tevita Nawadra will take up the position of President of Methodist Church of Fiji on the 1st of next month while Reverend Dr Epineri Vakadewavosa will take up the General Secretary position and Reverend Ili Vunisuwai as Deputy General Secretary.
