Investigators of an accident near Yako village are expected to hand in their report this week.
Police say they will question the driver once the investigators compile all the necessary information.
In this accident, a 53‑year‑old woman died at the Lautoka Hospital last Tuesday who was travelling with the driver and the driver’s 27-year-old wife.
Police say the driver allegedly failed to stop before making a right turn when it was involved in an accident with another vehicle near Yako last week.
