150 more students in the Western Division whose parents have been laid off or are on reduced hours due to COVID-19 will be assisted with school bags and stationery.

This is after Lautoka residents, Narayan Reddy and Allen Lockington decided to assist more students as they have found out that more people are losing their jobs in Nadi and Lautoka.

Reddy and Lockington have assisted more than 250 students so far.

Reddy says they feel for the Fijian families who are struggling to put food on their table and will continue to assist them until they are back on their feet.

Reddy and Lockington are on the ground to assist people since the Lautoka lockdown last year.

They have already sent two shipments of assistance to people affected by TC Yasa in Vanua Levu and have reached out to more than 300 families.

If you would like to donate towards this worthy cause, you can call Narayan Reddy on 9968900.
