Swire Shipping Fijian Drua winger Selestino Ravutaumada has been voted the fijivillage Drua Fan Player of the Match after his thrilling performance over the weekend in their close 36-39 loss to the Moana Pasifika in the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific Super Rounds.
Ravutaumada was nominated alongside lock Mesake Vocevoce and winger Epeli Momo.
Ravutaumada accumulated 275 votes (77.7 percent), Vocevoce collected 60 votes (16.9 percent) and Momo had 19 votes (5.4 percent).
The 24-year-old Ravutaumada ran a total of 109 metres in 9 carries with 3 line breaks and beating 9 defenders.
He also scored 1 try and assisted with another and also made a total of 11 tackles, completing 10 of them.
Ravutaumada and the Fijian Drua will now turn their focus to their first home game of the 2024 Super Rugby Pacific season when they take on the Crusaders at 1.05pm this Saturday at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
In other matches this weekend, Moana Pasifika will take on the Rebels at 6.05pm Friday, the Waratahs will play the Highlanders at 8.35pm Friday, the Brumbies will host the Western Force at 3.35pm Saturday, the Hurricanes will play the Blues at 6.05pm Saturday and the Reds will take on the Chiefs at 8.35pm Saturday.
