Despite the Bristol Bears falling to a 36-19 loss to Leicester in round 14 of the Gallagher Premiership today, Fiji-born star outside back Kalaveti Ravouvou put on a man-of-the-match performance for the Bears which included a magnificent try assist that blew the minds of many.
Ravouvou was devastating in attack as he ran a game-high 126 metres in 17 carries and also scored a try of his own.
The 26-year-old topped the offloading stats with 4 offloads and beating 3 defenders.
Ravouvou’s try assist blew up the internet today with his no-look, back pass to his outside winger Gabriel Ibitoye in the 10th minute who ran untouched over Leicester’s tryline to lock the score at 5-all at one point of the first half.
Fiji-born number 8 Viliame Mata also started for the Bears but could not help their side fall short at Ashton Gate.
