Elizabeth Vakaola Ravonu who graduated with a Bachelor of Geospatial Science Degree from USP dedicated her achievement to her late mother.

Ravonu says it was very difficult for her to overcome the hardship of her mother passing away this year and focus on studies.

She also urged other students to keep striving for what they want to achieve in life because nothing is impossible.

Meanwhile, 1735 USP students are graduating today and tomorrow in the university’s September graduation.

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Pal Ahluwalia says this is one of the highest number of graduates for the university compared to past years.

Professor Ahluwalia says 65% of the graduates are females which is an increase of 5 percent compared to the March graduation this year.
